By using the Expressway Invitations website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. This is general information and not legal advice.

Using the service

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

Orders, proofs & payment

• Prices and options are shown during checkout and are confirmed when you place your order.
• Because invitations are personalized, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all text and details. We proof your order with you before printing.
• Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely by our payment provider.

Cancellations & changes

Personalized orders move into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible — once an order has been printed it generally cannot be changed. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Intellectual property

The website, design templates, and content are owned by Expressway Invitations or its licensors. The personalized content you provide remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to produce and deliver your order.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Expressway Invitations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
